I think mine would have to be Dead Island. It still gives me goosebumps.

Halo 3, Halo Wars, and the live action Halo 4 trailers made me squee like a little girl.

Well, if we can include CG trailers, the one for AC:Revelations was good. Deus Ex: Human Revolution TGS trailer, too.

In game trailers, probably the Mass Effect 3 launch trailer.

I loved the original E3 Dead Space trailer.

Soft whisper-singing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, set among some of the games more horrific violence.

The one for Batman: AC that revealed Catwoman as a playable character. It starts out like a generic introduction to the villains then it turns into a Catwoman go-go dance, which it will then dawn on the viewer that they are watching gameplay, which means Catwoman is playable and it will be HAWT as hell.
