The issue isn't finding someone who speaks both - localization takes more than comprehension. You need to understand how different the languages and cultures are before you attempt to translate Japanese to English or vice versa... word-for-word translations never sound right at all.

WD *did* understand that concept.... but they took way too many liberties with their localizations sometimes, IMHO. I mentioned 8-4 because today there is no company out there that does what they do better than them.

Atlus kinda filled the void that WD left... but not perfectly.

I guess probably Oddworld Inhabitants. They did a really good job with Strangers Wrath, and I thought it would be nice to see another game from them and their wacky universe.
