I'll simply buy it day one. Skyrim made me love the Elder Scrolls series, and I'm sure Fallout 4 wont disappoint.

Also Fallout will look AMAZING with Skyrim's engine. I hope they do a current console version, and do a Next Gen version.

Day one for me also. Can't wait. Fallout 3 was easily one of my favorite games this gen.

I imagine Fallout 4 will be for next gen consoles, which makes me even more excited.
