Also, Perfect Dark Zero. It got pretty decent reviews but over time, and amongst certain console warriors especially who have a vested interest in taring down post-Nintendo (read, overhyped) Rare, it has devolved into meme status with immense depths of horribleness, complete with an alpha state screen grab that supposedly highlights its horribleness.
The writing was on the wall with Bioware the minute you could completely void all of your decisions with one choice in KOTOR.
Duke Nukem Forever. I bought it knowing full well pretty much everyone was bashing it, but I still wanted to give it a try - it blew me away. The level designs were great, the weapons varied and fun, and Duke's machismo is as funny as it was in Duke Nukem 3D. The PC version is by far better than any other version, due to the better graphics and controls, and the option to carry up to 5 weapons rather than 2.
Jogurt attacks! Inflicts 1 point of damage on the Goblin. Goblin is defeated! Jogurt gains experience. ...it appears that Jogurt's level has increased to 1.
I liked Sonic the Hedgehog (2006) when I first had the game and didn't realize people hated it. I no longer have the game and I no longer defend it (ever since I watched ClementJ642's review of the game).
