My Theory - On Certain Games

I think what is going to happen that most games will be a Dual Generation release deal meaning both Generations of Consoles.

Star Wars 1313 to Dragon Age 3 and maybe the upcoming WWE 14 set of games will be Dual Generation games.

Similar towards how Sony is doing with God Eater Burst 2 being Dual Generations 1 being on the Original PSP while the other is on the Vita. while on the Vita you have to Digtial DLC the Original Game God 1 in order to Data Transfer God 1 into God 2. While the PSP version any person that has the Original God 1 game finished can then import that saved file into God 2 therefore more than likely we would yet again be the Original MC from God 1. Even though God 2 takes place 3 Years after God 1.

My Dragon Age 3 theory is also Dual Generation meaning the Current Consoles will be able to use the Files we have from Origins & DA 2 thus we get a cameo deal from Hawke & The Warden even though in 3 we are a new MC entirely again. The Important Choices from Origins & 2 will somehow effect 3 lets hope it dosent turn out to be ME 3 again meaning past choices didnt do squat or mattered at all.

While on Next Gen consoles the Consoles will have a Pre-Listed choice deal or a inter-active comic book deal similar towards Mass Effect 2s Genesis deal, Meaning we can pick from choices and have them imported into 3 that way since Origins & 2 Isnt next gen games, This means that only a inter-active comic deal is the only viable option for Next-Gen Dragon Age 3.

Also Bioware told fans to keep our saves from Origins & 2 and also Frostbite 2 is Current console engines not next-gen engines, Also the IGN.com article isnt from the source. Bioware themselves havent said anything nor mentioned anything about DA 3 going entirely next-gen. As far as my research indicated DA 3 is still on track for a Late 2013 release date as you all know current gen consoles may have a life line up to the year 2015.

Just cause a new batch of generation of consoles hits dosent mean we will not be getting anymore games on this gen. It just means this gen will get slower. We learned this deal with the PSP to the PS2 heck even the Wii is getting Pandora's Tower and people thought the Wii was gone for good.

The PSP is getting God 2 sometime late in 2013 so just cause a console comes out dosent mean the old ones are finsihed.

So we will be playing Dragon Age 3, Saints 4, WWE 14, Star Wars 1313 on Current Gen Systems.

Remember DA 3 has been in the works for quite sometime also all dates point to a 2013 release and Next Gens will not hit until Late Holidays or Early 2014.

I am also willing to bet that Mass Effect 4 is also a Dual Gen game cause Bioware asked the same deal about keeping the files from the Shepard Triilogy also ME 4 Sports Frostbite 2.

That always happens during a transition between gens. Note many early 360/PS3/Wii games are also on PS2 and Xbox. Nothing out of the ordinary here.

I agree with TC. Yeah in the last transition we had some games span both cycles, but I don't recall there being many of those. Most devs switched fully to 360/PS3. I expect we'll see more of it this time around. Pubs are walking a thin line here. If they develop only for 720/PS4 they'll lose a fortune, but if they continue to develop for 360/PS3 then fewer people will feel the need to spend $400+ to upgrade. Sure there will be people who'll upgrade day one who have to have the latest tech, but a lot of people will wait until their favorite games are only available by upgrading.

Actually the 720s rumored price range is going to be around 350 so add 350 to your state tax and you will have the total of the 720.

Also another theory of mine is they are 2 versions of the 720 one is just for barebone gaming while the other system is High-Tech that features all the bells & whistles.

Also I think there will be Bundles also meaning a Game and other additonal accessories.

So Barebone and High-End such as the Wii U did with 2 versions also the Vita has 2 versions such as Normal then the other deal which is more expensive.

Also the 720 will not be debuted at E3 like many believe it to be, instead will be shown ahead of time in a special confrence similar towards the original 360s MTV deal.

Meaning a Whole day devoted to the 720 from the Specs of the system to other deals such is it going to be an always on Device, Backwards with previous generations and other important factors will all be revealed.

What do I think is true on the 720,

1. The name isnt 720 but rather just called Xbox

2. Will ban or have some sort of deal banning Used games - meaning nothing can be played on the system except the games you buy meaning all New games only.

3. The Price Range - 350 for normal then higher for High End version.

4. All the other games I mentioned from Dragon Age 3 to Saints 4 will be dual generation of games meaning both generations will have them.

While more superior on the next gen cause of improved visuals, lightining and other effects that the current gens can not do or handle.

Such as God 2 will be more superior on the Vita over the PSP version. but they still should look good as the Original God still looks awesome on the PSP.

Same deal with the 360 versions of the game such as DA 3 it should look good or as good as DA 2 considering the use of Frostbite 2.

Being with games for 20 + years I know my stuff and I hold firm to my Theories on Next Gen and other deals I have mentioned.
