Sessler's review looked the most spot on to me so far... Fun game mechanics that can get boring due to contrived requirements in later fighting. A lot of the gameplay is marred however by the extremely immature dialog and cutscenes.

even on amazon - it has as many 1 star reviews as 5 stars..

sonic generations - which I would say is a comparable reboot for that series has a 82 5 stars and ZERO 1 stars on amazon.

we play action games for amazing dialogue after all..right?

I find the characters more real and the environments are just richer than the first game. Great reboot.

This pretty much reaffirms why I NEVER listen to user reviews. Most gamers are whiny little b****** who can't accept change or can't comprehend that just because they don't like a game doesn't mean that the game is actually bad.
