Graphic. Blood and Gore. Limbs being detached, organs, etc. blown off - pretty much lots of Gibs.

Bloody, but no Gore. Shows Blood, but gore never or rarely happens.

I don't mind limbs being detached, just as long as it's relevant to what happened. I don't want to shoot someone and a random limb blows off, but more so I want limbs to come off, if they normally would do so.

Realistic.

If I shoot someone in the head, and the back of their skull explodes, cool. If I shoot someone in the head, and an arm falls off or something similar, that's just dumb.

Aka, Fallout 3? (Well, not sure about shooting the head, and arm falling off).

That's what got me. Shooting some in the head will completely sever their head (not leaving any bullet holds), and it would fly off. Worked for any limb, really. I always thought it was really a comedic effect, though.
