Yeah, because your post screamed of sarcasm...

Well considering everyone knows there are plenty of games with demons in them, it should have been pretty obvious. But I suppose the stupid do need everything explained to them.

Zombies can be overcome. There's a sense of possibility about them, because A) certain kinds of 'zombie' are real, and B) they represent pretty simple ingrained fears: predators and disease.

Demons are complicated.

Hit the nail on the head, don't forget especially slow Zombies, there slow, and the slow overcoming factor is truly terrifying.

Demons are actually real and zombies are not. Most people with any religious background will think twice about involving themselves with products that have something to do with demons. . . and thus the zombie games might be a little more able to sell to the average consumer.

If a tree falls in a forest and you hear it, but your eyes are closed, how do you know it's not just fifty porcupines sliding down a hill?

Personally I would like to see a "Supernatural" game set up kinda like Alan Wake, except without the repetitive enemies.

because developers are lazy and don't like coding complex AI. zombies are stupid and have very basic AI.

You know how many games have demons in them? How many with satanic worship? A whole lot and the devs do a tons of research on them. Checkout dantes inferno
