Which kinds of RPGs are generally more violent in nature?

By violent, I mean they typically show more blood, guts, gore, gruesome weapon attacks, scary images of people dying, nudity, sex, alcohol and tobacco use, etc.

Since guns are the new rage in determining "violence"...then I would have to say Mass Effect.

Pretty sure Dragon Age is a winner. Do you ever get out of a fight without looking like you disemboweled your opponents and rolled around in their intestines?

Fallout for sure. You can even kill kids in the first two.

Why do people... betray one another? They might as well... all just die instead.

Yes.

I haven't had Persistent Gore turned on in years, since it causes such a hit to frame rate.

Witcher 1, 2

To a lesser extent
Dragon Age
maybe Mass Effect if seeing some blue ass on the screen for 1 second is nudity to you
