I'll agree with Halo 4 (Would have been much cooler if it were similar to Halo 2's Tartarus fight) and Fable II.

Topic not marked for spoilers, but though it should be obvious they're in here, playing it safe- Dierker in The Saboteur, though I don't know if it counts since you can't lose that battle. I love the game overall, one of my favorites this gen, but that fight was a letdown since I really wanted revenge but he has totally lost it by that point, and just stands there egging you on to kill him.

Dishonored doesn't do traditional bosses. The game doesn't cheat and deny you one hit assassination kills just because it's supposed to be a "boss".

The last boss in resident evil 4 really wasn't that hard, I had a harder time with salazaar.

Then again...Halo isn't really known for boss battles. More so the swarms of enemies you fight through to reach the ending showdown!
