Dynasty/Samurai Warriors or anything similar.

Nothing relieves stress like mowing through hordes of nameless, challengeless enemy rank and file.

I'll tell you this much, avoid Hitman: Absolution

But yeah as suggested, go with a sandbox game. Saints Row 2 or 3 would be my choice.

Sandbox games can be frustrating at times too. Like when traffic just gets in the way at the wrong moment, or a game like GTAIV with multi-part missions but no mid-mission checkpoints.

Dark Souls is a godawful suggestion. Then again, most people are probably posting it sarcastically.

Good game, yes, and fun, but it will cause twenty times more stress than it will relieve.

What are you. Casul? It's a fun game if you have friends to play with. I've had many laughs in that game. Not frustrating at all.
It's a good learning experience as well.
