I think that when the new console comes out, if any game is available on the Xbox 540 / Durango/Orbis/720/NextBox and the Xbox360, then purchasing the "next gen" version should be registered to a GT and available on both consoles.
I see it now.
"Battlefield 4 - launch title for Xbox720, also available for Xbox360!" *few good friends buy Xbox720* *most don't*
"Hey come play BF4 with me on Xbox720!" "Hey come play BF4 with me on Xbox360!"
I doubt the next gen versions will be compatible online since the new features won't be supported in the current versions.
No I mean if you buy, say, BF4 on Xbox720 and link it to your gamertag, you should get to DL the 360 version on your Xbox360.
It'll never happen and I'm just wishful thinking... but that said, Sony does it with their Vita and PS3, I think. --- [LanParty nF4 Ultra-D] [AMD64 3700+ San Diego] [2x 1gb Corsair XMS 3-3-3-8] [2x 250gb Barracuda] [Soundblaster Audigy 2 ZS] [X850XTPE]
