My brother made me buy one so he can turn the access his media center with his... well you know... He never got around to programming it to work though lol. Waste of $300. It was a PC Kinect btw if it wasn't obvious.
Awesome games I've never finished: Vampire:
The Masquerade - Bloodlines, Black Sigil, 999 (True ending), Nier (all endings besides A)

No. I have yet to see a reason to waste money on one.

Girlfriend made me get the 4 gig bundle instead of the 250 gig with skyrim. Last choice she got to make

I didn't waste money on my Kinect - it's worth every penny I spent on it.

Nope, I already have a Wii, I don't need a second paperweight.

I use it here and there, but yeah, it doesn't replace my core gaming.

However, I will be playing Fable: The Journey later tonight. Next game on the backlog and I feel like moving.

I still have Rise of Nightmares, Kinect Sports 1 and 2, Children of Eden, and Dance Central to play.
Always O.G.

I don't play games much anymore
mostly because they don't work like they are supposed to

So the kinect remains a glorified hands free remote control.

I use it on netflix the most lol

it was a good idea in theory, but they failed horribly in execution, but gave it a magnificent promotional budget, that allowed it not to be a total failiure

they brought a few million casuals into gaming

but as far as replacing the controller...they flat out lied about that possibility lol

Nope, don't want one and even if I did, not enough room in my apartment. Even with the Wii, most of the games I have don't really use the motion controls much; I've never been fond of them. I prefer to veg out with more traditional controls and be active in other ways.

I got one.

I mainly use it to get non-gamers to play games like Kinect Adventures, or party games like Happy Action Theatre.

For a while I only used it for voice-activated Netflix navigation..... however, I forget about that feature all the time.
