If we are talking exclusives and the most fun we had playing the systems, then here is my list. SNES had the absolute best games on it and it still stands up to this day. Dreamcast had great exclusives and the N64 had No Mercy, Goldeneye, Ocarina, Mario 64 etc.
The most controversial is the Wii. Wii Sports, Zelda TP/SS and others came out on the system and these were some of the best in the genre. Then we have the PS2 which had a huge library and a ton of great games on it. Funny thing is, I never owned one, I just played my friends.
