Is it just me or does Dead Space 3 completely lack the personality of DS2?

The game is completely lacking in tension. It is just outright boring at times. I remember when I used to not want to move forward for fear that I would get slaughtered. That feeling is just not there in DS3.

Just a heads up, but this board isn't where you want to bring up any complaints about anything. A group of guys are going to rush in and call you entitled, a whiner, and a butt hurt cry baby.

It's not you. DS3 is supposed to lack personality.

You can probably add some personality with a micro transaction of some sort later on.

agreed, was just talking to a friend about this. DS1 and 2 were dripping with tension and anxiety (even if they weren't the scariest games around). DS3 is very tame in comparison. I still think a lot of the "personality" is intact however.
