Should Microsoft allow the police and FBI to watch what kinds of violent video games people are playing on their 360s through the Kinect sensor?

The FBI does not care about fat people playing Fruit Ninja.

It barely cares about its own fat people aka government employees.

As long as you play with a tin foil hat on (and nothing else) the Kinect won't see you.

Thanks, I'm going to use this in my dystopian story.

you'd be surprised at what kind of info they already are stockpiling, nevermind what say they do. Chances are if they're asking for permission, then it means they're already doing it for some time. If they're eavesdropping on a cell tower by rifling through EVERY call made by anyone just to catch 1 person up to no good, they consider it ok to just "keep" those call records and respective browsing and GPS data even if it was totally arbitrary and useless to that one case, just to name an example of what they're like, and the best part is that they don't feel the need to get rid of it after the fact nor entitled to admit to when they do, why, to who, and how much so I wouldn't be surprised of they were hoarding data of chubby dorks playing Zumba on the Kinect

You guys know it can be turned off in system settings?

Just play some naked Dance Central and let your fat wiggle around and I'm sure they will stop watching after they throw up a few times.

even if you turn off the data collection setting, often the data collection will randomly resume (even though set to off) and show on your hdd

fun fact: the kinect picks up abd highlights abs very well, much more than you'd normally notice

The writing was on the wall with Bioware the minute you could completely void all of your decisions with one choice in KOTOR.
