The games have to be bought new for a full year after release to be played on the next xbox.
When the games are a year old, then they can be bought used and be played on the next xbox.
most games dont get bought new after a year anyway so the developers wouldn't really lose any money if gm was used.

Silly. I don't think this would ever be implemented. If it was, I'd feel silly. --- Signature pending mod approval.

dumb, ms and the devs/pubs already have most of the elements in place to eat in to the used market. make the on demand games prices actually attractive and get rid of their grossly over price storage options. --- hat'ern. a person that calls you out on your douchebaggery

GPs always want to make up some dumb solution and give up their ownership rights with bought product these days. They don't even want to see how doing that makes little sense.
GPs seem to no longer want to have rights or ownership to things that they purchase every day. It is a scary world that these young gps are clearly trying to embrace.
