It took me two days of constantly banging on it with a hammer to finally crack the shell. I got mad at it one day after Connor wouldn't stop jumping on crap I didn't want him to.
Just chucked straight out the window. I went downstairs and got it and it still turned on, but I put off it's complete destruction until yesterday.
Also, does anybody know if the springs for LT/RT would be a good substitute for the spring of the whammy bar in a Rock Band guitar? The original snapped and the pen spring I replaced it with is way too loose, and wont hold properly. --- Gamertag : Z0mb13S0ldier PSN : GotYourGatorade Current Most Played : PS All-Stars, Battlefield 3, and WWE 13.
I'm pretty sure I could do some damage just throwing it at a floor/wall... how one takes two days with a hammer is beyond me. Why you'd want to break one to begin with, I don't know either. --- FX6100, HD7970, 8G DDR3 1600, 750G/400/1T SATA2/3, 700W, Logitech G5/G510, Win7 XPS16 - i7 720QM, 6G DDR3@1333, 500G SATA, HD4670 1G, Win7
Although I can see the fun in being destructive, you should have just sold the controller if you didn't want it anymore. Every dollar counts. --- watch HodgeTwins aka Lord Keith and Lord Kevin aka Mr. Striations & Mr. Feathers aka Twin Muscle Workout aka Fasting Twins
