This would depend on a lot of factors, like how urgently i want the game, how much time to play i'd actually have, my financial situation, the space i'd have left on the HDD, if i'd rather want to support the particular retailer or the publisher...

If this kind of offering was made of a regular base, i'd likely try to be patient and wait for the retail game.
