When you catch up to the target but the game says "no" because the next scene takes place at the end of the race, not where you thought you caught the person. That makes sense. I remember so many invincible target cars with 100% perfect handling just taking ungodly amounts of damage and still getting out scot-free. --- http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v319/Foxmcweezer/maria.gif http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v319/Foxmcweezer/ForCEFox.png |
RubMyDuckyPosted 2/11/2013 10:11:19 AM | Rockstar is overrated? They are one of the few developers who still care about developing quality games. Idiot. --- Optimizations seems to be a arcane art of video games. Few devs are masters of it. Some occasionally stumble upon it. But to most, it's all ancient Greek. |
otisanimePosted 2/11/2013 10:11:33 AM | People still bring up the whole "thug" thing about GTA:SA? That barely comprises a small part of the game. Like, the first 1/5th or so. Then the game goes off an entire tangent when you leave the first "city", or whatever. Then things just get weird. You can dislike it for things, but at least play more than 5 hours or so of the game before you write it off/make a statement that isn't even that true. --- PSN: OtimusPSN // XBOX Live: Otimus // Steam: mightypotatojones Now playing: Tribes Ascend (PC) |

GTA hasn't been good since Vice City, so it won't be anything new. Son, GTA:SA is one of the greatest games ever made. It's not though. I remember that train mission and the one where you had to drive someone from prison a FAR ASS distance and if you failed, you had to start over (like any mission) --- http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v319/Foxmcweezer/maria.gif http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v319/Foxmcweezer/ForCEFox.png |
UilnslcoapPosted 2/11/2013 10:39:34 AM | Meh, I loved San Andreas. IV was pretty bad, though. Hoping for more wacky, diverse mission types like SA. Also a return to "wilderness" environments like the desert/forest/mountain in SA. |
