I could never get in to those games, and man did I try. I'm a huge Batman fan but the gameplay always felt so blah to me. Yea, the gameplay is diverse but not a single part of it was fun. The two games suffer from jack of all trades, master of none syndrome, and if they had a different coat of paint(no Batman license) people wouldn't care as much. I think that fact that we were so desperate for a good Batman game at the time made people act like the arkham games were better than they actually are.
