Have 1600 points, Gears of War 1 or Metro 2033?

On one hand, I just got GoW 2 and 3 so I'd be able play to play the entire trilogy

On the other, I never play multiplayer and Metro looks like a beautiful atmosphere game, with both survival horror and stealth elements and intense combat

One question: I'm going by Wikipedia's list of Games on Demand which lists Metro 2033 as 1600. But on the marketplace site, it says 29.99 (2400). Which is correct?

If it's not 1600, any other good 1200 or 1600 points? I was also considering one of the Bioshock games, Vanquish, Operation Flashpoint Dragon Rising, FEAR 2.

I enjoy FPSs but prefer third person games. Something with tactical approaches or multiple paths to encourage replay value. I never play multiplayer so single player heavy games are prefered. I don't mind short games or linear games.

And I love set piece moments. New game plus, chapter select, and offline multiplayer bots are always good additions

Metro 2033

If you like FPS's, you won't regret. Gears 1 is good game, but definitely not work 1600 points.

Optimizations seems to be a arcane art of video games. Few devs are masters of it. Some occasionally stumble upon it. But to most, it's all ancient Greek.

Get Metro.

Then, when Gears: J comes out, you get Gears 1 for free.

I also recommend not buying Gears 1 (or any Gears for that matter) on demand
(Gears of War 2 is 5 dollars used 20 on demand, 3 is 15 dollars used 30 on demand).

The one disc edition is like 3 dollar shipped on Amazon
The two disc is about 7.50

Also it is at GameStop for 3 dollars and if you get lucky you might find the two disc edition for the same price.

Metro is about 25 dollars used everywhere and 20 on demand so from a deal prospective i would get that.
