It's not as good as Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage 2.

How many characters does this have? I doubt it has 20+ characters with unique combos and attacks.

Maybe you don't. Action is a very broad genre. Hack 'n Slash is a sub-genre to which MGR specifically belongs to.
