Play GTA Trilogy, Morrowind on Xbox or Xbox 360?

Is it better to get the old xbox and play the gta trilogy+morrowind on that or play it on my 360 with backwards compatibility?

Honestly, I'd suggest the PC version of Morrowind since the Xbox version has even more issues.

But if you have no choice, play on the original Xbox.

Play Morrowind on Xbox, less issues, less spending an eternity loading even the main menu in 360
only real benefit to playing it on either is the controller, through really

Just make sure you have Morrowind GOTY because the original is a total crash fest.

I remember GTA trilogy working great on the 360... I would highly suggest Morrowind on the PC though. If you have a halfway decent PC you can mod the hell out of it and make it look pretty amazing (well, for such an old game anyway).

I'd definitely play Morrowind on the original Xbox. I remember on the 360 the map never worked. It stayed blank no matter where I went, even the minimap.

Well drive-by shooting was assigned to the black and white buttons on GTA, and therefore was pretty damn useless. So if it runs okay on 360 then you can do drive-bys with the bumpers.

And I've played Morrowind for 20 odd hours on the 360. The first loading screen takes about 2 minutes, but after that the game runs as well as it did before (not very, but it's worth it to play such a great game).

Yeah I mean you can't get it looking as good as Skyrim or anything, but for an old game you can get it look pretty cool. But the graphics are only the extreme tip of the iceberg with the mods haha, it's almost like a whole new game. I know people were working on modding Oblivion into Morrowind (Morrowblivion or something?) but as far as I know it was never finished then they moved onto Skyrim and haven't heard much (though haven't been keeping up either).

I still rank them Morrowind < Oblivion < Skyrim but I know I'm the minority. I just could never get over a few things in Morrowind like the combat and terrible journal (thought that was somewhat fixed with mods).
