Like a game that puts you as the head of a company? Or even a game that puts you in control of a whole country?

You control humanities last effort against invasion in Xcom. Lots of micro-managing if that's what you're looking for. *Disclaimer* It is a turn based strategy game.

It's a pretty badass turn based strategy game though!

Sim City and Civilization.

Granted they're both on PC (Civ Revolution is a poor excuse for a Civ game, so even though it's on console, just pretend it doesn't exist), but they're both amazingly fun and addicting.

Smooth Operators is a indie that has you running a call center. I hear it's like SimTower. Wouldn't know myself never played that game, but I can say Smooth Operators is damn fun.
