ps4 can't play/rip music CD's, will MS make that HUGE mistake on Xboxnext?

I hope not and doubt they will because custom soundtracks is a very nice feature.
I can understand why sony did it to cut costs since ps4 is going to be probably $599.99 US. dollars again but Microsoft is savy and in-touch with true hardcore oldschool gamers and they know what we want so they invented the custom soundtrack feature on Xbox1 so I believe they won't break our hearts and shatter our dreams like sony did to potential ps4 buyers.

no support for SACD is not surprising, because this is Sony.

CD is a bit outdated, almost as irrelevant as SACD to the layman. When everybody is happy with wireless over wired, compressed audio over lossless, a move like this is not surprising.

The ps4 is supposed to last up to 10 years, and within 5 years cd's will no longer be used. Why would Sony install a cd player/ripper if it will be outdated soon? Mp3's are the future, and I'm sure the ps4 will allow you to play/rip mp3's via flash drive.

I prefer wired.

I prefer wired and FLAC. But I'll take a CD any day, and rip it as FLAC. Most of my 300gb music collection is my own CD's ripped as FLAC files.

I think around now CDs are feeling kind of obsolete. I do not remember the last time I bought a cd.

In my city, we had a couple of cool cd stores. They closed down many years ago. MP3 players are just so much more convenient. Even cars have been using mp3 players for the past few years.

Mp3's are the future Really?
Last I checked it's the past and present.

Wow is that true? If it is that sucks. I hope the xbox has it, the first console and the 360 did so I'd imagine it will.
