I picked it up today on Wii U and here's the list of awesome stuff that's packed in, that I've seen so far, I'm still in the first world after over 4 hours of play.

Gazillion levels
Amazing Music
Beautiful graphics/colours
MANY costumes for each character
Multiple characters
Multiple paths in each level
Collectibles
Awards
Secret Exits on certain levels
3 difficulties that drastically change each level
Bonus 8Bit levels


I highly encourage you to pick this up when it launches on the XBLA... TOMORROW!!!

I'll demo it and maybe get it when it's on sale. Too many games to play right now with Tomb Raider and Bioshock Infinite both this month.

It's a nice side game to keep you busy while you take breaks on those games.

I can't wait for Bioshock!

Watched a video of it and it seems like someone crammed the old school Mario and Sonic into one game. Is that accurate?

its a nice rhythm game, your dodging, jumping, blocking etc are timed with the music. i absolutely loved bit.trip.runner on pc i bought this game as soon as i got up this morning, ive been playing it most of the day and it hasnt disappointed.

I thought these BitTrip games were about plugging in your own music and the gameplay was based on that? Or am I thinking of something else?
