Max Payne 3 has one of the most exciting moments when the theme song is played in the airport level near the end of the game. It made me cream my pants.

I put a video of the song coming out as someone plays the Airport level. That came as an unexpected surprise and worked out really well.

I think Deadly Premonition has the most memorable music on 360. Through all systems, my choice is Heavy Rain. Without that soundtrack, the game's flaws would emerge like a great white shark in 10 feet of chum water. RIP Normand Corbeil. You were a master here.
