Deadly Premonition
Halo series
The Walking Dead
Mass Effect 1-3 (2 in particular)
Red Dead Redemption
Fable 1-3 (The whackyness of the sidequests is appealing and fresh, too)
Dragon Age Origins
Alan Wake

Ok I was joking but seriously the best you could come up with is Bioshock( love the game but not top 10 material) and a game based off an anime?

You were joking about asking whether I was joking or not?
Okay then...
Anyway, Steins;Gate is not based on the anime, the anime was based on the game.
Also, I put Bioshock because it is the only exclusive(former) game on Xbox 360, that I remembered, with an above average story.

Those have stories...they're just really mediocre and not something that really sticks with you.
