I was looking around in the network settings and there is an option to create an adhoc network. I don't have another 360 to test it out though. --- indeed.

I'm pretty sure you can't, but I could be wrong. It would definitely be sweet if you were able to.

Not sure about a whole "party" but I know games like L4D allows two 360s to wirelessly connect to each other outside of Live. --- well I am not like your dad. I worked as a chef at TGIF-Mattson

Yes. You can wirelessly connect them all to the same wireless router OR do an ad-hoc network without any other networking hardware (360 Slim only).
