Why do people think installing your games means DRM or no used games?

Why doesnt MS just come out and address the rumors?

It's a bit more than a rumor when the SDK has been leaked and has been verified to have serials, always online, and mandatory installs.

Those things in combination spell out D R M, of the worst kind, the kind that Microsoft can't handle right now when Live crashes from too many connections.

No, they spell serialsalwaysonlineManDatoRyinstalls. If you want to spell DRM you need a D and an R and an M, silly.

You were saying?

MDR =/= DRM. Sorry, :(

It could still be the same thing.

Management of Digital Rights, instead of Digital Rights Management.

Can you imagine if they took the time to respond to every single rumor. Ain't nobody got time for that.

The connection is that since the rumor is that the games will have a forced install, they will come with a serial key in order to play.

Because PS3 games don't force installs right? LOL

Not that it's all bad... but I find that a ****in hassle at times.

So am I missing something, I thought it was photos of the SDK? You know, photos that anybody with even passing knowledge of photoshop/illustrator could easily create?... Or was the actual SDK software/hardware(?) leaked?

I don't understand that...

The rumor isn't just about mandatory installs stopping used games. It's the rumor that a one time use CD key will be put into place that will stop used sales.

It's all still RUMORS for one and then it's funny when rumors get stacked on top of other rumors, lol. We'll see... WE WILL SEE...

Rumors are rumors. But you have to admit a lot of those rumors about the PS4, the controller, the specs the games were true.

Good chance some of these rumors about the NextBox will be true too.

Though if some of these rumors are true i think it shows MS is done with hardcore and going more casual.
