Then you shouldn't be having trouble making it play/rip to your Xbox 360. I have a ton of MP3s, and because I like being able to just dump them onto my Xbox's harddrive, I just rip an audio cd with Nero Burning Rom, and then rip it to my Xbox with the Music Player.

And, yes, I use CD-RWs for this.

Are you making sure that you're using the "Disc at Once" burning option, and "closing" the session after you rip? You need to trick the Xbox 360 into thinking it's using an authentic audio CD.

Disc at once is when it burns the CD in one pass

otherwise it would go track by track.

I don't remember exactly but I think it was mostly used to eliminate gaps in audio when using a burned cd because they would always have like 2 second gaps in bettween each song if you wrote them track by track.

depends on what program you're using to burn

windows media player?

been a while but I believe there is an option under the burn settings called "Burn CDs without gaps"

Couldn't you just use a flash drive?
