Seems you've played the AAA ones (TW2 aside). If you didn't try a mage in TW2, go back and give it a try, you don't grapple with the controls as much and the magic system's great. Might want to try Dragon Age. Origins isn't an action RPG exactly, but in 2 you can turn off the queue system so you act responding to button presses and not a queued up list of actions. --- "'Grab the guns!' Kingdoms of Amalur, easy. The combat is really fun. The story isn't really bad, and even the side quests can be interesting. The game has a ton of content, and you can respec your character to try out different styles and hybrid classes to suit your playstyle.
The biggest criticism the game has is that it is easy. I don't think I died, but the combat is really fun. Especially if you go stealth. =) --- I served 8, in war... my father served 23, in war... both of my grandfathers served, in war. WWII, Korea, Vietnam, Desert Storm, GWoT, etc. - ScarecrowES
