I'm just getting an xbox now, and I'm wondering what the best things to look for are. I've generally found that LED TV's are the best, and (naturally) 120Hz and 1080p are top-notch.
I'm looking for somewhere around a 40", for no more than $600.
This is what I've found so far, does this look like a good buy?

It's a Sharp Aquos 40", with 1080p and 120Hz, and something like a 3,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio...

Thanks in advance!

I lol'd.

Seriously though, the TV you listed looks good. I haven't seen it in person but I also prefer LED TVs. Vizio also makes some really good TVs for the price if you can find something from them. I've had a couple Vizio TVs and I couldn't recommend them enough. I also have a RCA and a Sanyo and both of them are crap so I personally wouldn't recommend them.

You're just going to get answers either biased because they have that TV or have some other TV or brand bias....

What you really want to do is find out input lag information. That's harder to find, may want to try AVS forums.

But really it probably doesn't matter because there's not enough testing of these TVs out there, unfortunately.

Your dynamic contrast ratio is meaningless and panel refresh rate does nothing for gaming.

120hz for 360 is pointless, I can assure no content on 360 runs above 60fps. As for as overall picture quality goes, plasma is still the king
