Online it seems like you're able to do it. I am connected to live and updated. I can't, however, seem to install this for the life of me through DVDs or USB.

Any ideas/help/support would be appreciated.

No need to correct, you're right as it can't be done.

Not without hacks anyway, and even then I don't know.

No offense but just make sure you follow the instructions on the page exactly. Should work fine if you do.

Also, you could always just connect your 360 to the internet just long enough to update it, then go back to normal

I can try again but already have twice. Should I try not renaming the unzipped file? The message I get is Play Xbox Demos, followed by:

Game Error

The game couldn't start. Try downloading the game again.

OK

Have tried without a connection, without a HD, with a new game profile, cleaning the disc, and even exchanging the disc for another one and cleaning that one.

Have you tried extracting the .zip file first?

FYI I don't think the SegaGT/JSRF combo disc works on 360, but the separate version work.

That's the only version I have and it works fine on my 360.
