My 360 won't read discs anymore, it was fine then all of a sudden it does this. Every single game I have does this. What should I do?

Try a lens cleaning disc, if that doesn't work and your system is still under warranty, send it to MS.

Lense cleaning disk, or if you're tech savvy and can open up your console(DON'T TRY IF YOU'RE NOT) then you can always replace the lens yourself. They're really cheap online, you could even just purchase a new disk drive for your console.

What you think is broken when it comes to a game could easily be explained with you being terrible at it. Halo > Call of Duky.

there are a couple things you can try, I've used both and they work. check youtube for videos

cut a cereal box to fit the disk drive and slide the cardboard into the top of the tray while the tray is closed

the other is to knock on top of the xbox (like knocking on a door) when inserting a disk and closing the drive

Tried the paper trick, nothing. Toox the xbox apart, cleaned the eye, fiddled with everyhing and now it works.

Those would not help at all, in fact they would probably make it worse. An Xbox that isn't reading discs may still read them occasionally fooling people to think that their incredibly weird strategies work. The only things that would work is cleaning the lens or adjusting the laser strength.

After trying about 30 times I realised the paper in the disc tray was a hoax

both of those methods work.
they don't fix anything but they are valid temporary solutions
