Best "lots of guns" game out there right now?

If you're craving lots of guns and violence maybe you should put the controller down and go speak to someone.

Ah, the token "get help" response. Thanks for covering the spread.

MGS4 came to mind. something around 70 weapons in that. Fallout Tactics is also really cool on pc (over 100 weapons).

No dude. Max Payne has tons of action. It's great.

Max Payne 3 is amazing. There isn't any other game with that type of action. That stuff feels like something you would not play with children, I do not care if it says rated M.

It is an extremely violent game and deserves it's rating. The story is fantastic too. If there is any flaw, it's the long cutscenes that cannot be skipped.

IIRC you can skip the cutscenes once it loads in MP3, but anyway I highly recommend it too.

Max Payne 3 was probably my top game from last year.

Not every cutscene actually loads. :P I played this game's single player so many times, because it is my favorite game this gen.

A lot of cutscenes in the regular single player will say still loading, until the cutscene is over.

I heard on NYM that some cutscenes skipped faster, I have no idea though.

Still, I do not think the cutscenes should be enough to skip this game.

MoH: Warfighter doesn't notify of a finished loading cutscene, but you can skip them when they load.

Borderlands' entire gimmick is the fact it has 'bajillions' of guns

Takes a while to get rolling, and not entirely an action game, but the arsenal in Fallout: New Vegas is ****ing fantastic (especially with the DLC, though vanilla is great on its own). Might actually be my favorite game in that regard.

Is Max Payne 3 worth getting if only for the single player game? I don't have Gold, and I have no intentions of getting it. Also, are any of the DLC worth getting, again, for SP only?

Thanks.
