Why do I get this screen when I try to change my account information?

I have no idea how to let it go through for me. I can't change my billing information, auto-renewal, or anything like this.

Are you trying to sign in on another pc? Have you maybe tried the "update info" option?

You get that screen because you set up a Trusted PC and no alt email or phone number. So when you need to get to the account proof stage, the only way is on that certain PC.
Consumers are entitled, rude d-bags and get everything they deserve.
