at least they are responding to consumer feedback...while I never expect a company to address a mass amount of issues, it is nice to see them at least addressing issues that are big to their consumer base.

This could just be evidence that next gen consoles will require an On-line connection, and won't play used games. There would be no need of an On-line pass if that happens. So better knock on wood (don't count your chickens before they've hatched).
I'm NOT saying that an On-line connection requirement or a ban of used games will happen...just that it is possible. We just don't have enough information, and with the next-gen consoles coming out later this year, there is no reason to start celebrating just yet.

Offer DLC codes in all new copies would help. BUT not on disc DLC. Make sure it's something you actually download and not unlock. I wish they could put all those stupid pre-order bonuses and put them as an incentive to buy new instead of just pre-ordering and leaving it to the day one buyers.
