I have an HD TV but when I watch videos on Youtube or Internet Explorer it comes out with low resolution. How can I fix this?

FInd HD videos.

You are only going to get the quality the video is actually in, to watch HD, you need to find HD videos.

A lot of videos, including YouTube videos, aren't even 640*480 (480i/p), so don't expect them to magically become 720p or 1080p just because you have an HDTV.

My Internet speed has nothing to do with the resolution of videos. I have high speed Internet anyway, so that's ruled out.

Are you using component or HDMI?

Some things get downscaled to SD by the 360 if you use component. Some copy protection nonsense.

Of course, that assumes what you are watching is in HD in the first place, which has been pointed out may not be the case.

So, are you actually trying to watch HD videos, or just assuming that because you have an HDTV that everything should be in HD?
