So I'm getting my first 360 today

My friends older brother is selling his Xbox 360 (the Slim model) and I'll be going to go pick it up later today. It has 4 gigabytes. Would this be sufficient for getting the Nazi Zombie packs DLC for Call of Duty?

Also is there anything I should just know in general about having a 360?

It would be sufficient for that DLC, yes, but you'll likely want to go pick up a HDD for your 360. You won't be able to install games, otherwise, and installing games not only wears less on your disc drive and limits noise but also makes the game load faster.

Thanks for the response! Would I have to transfer my Xbox account from the old memory drive into the new HDD?

No, you wouldn't. It's actually more convenient to have your profile on a USB Flash Drive so you can just bring it with you and use it on whatever Xbox 360 you use. But it can be read all the same no matter what data source it's on.

It would be enough for the first two DLC packs, they're roughly 1-2gb each. There happen to be only two of them available right now, but there will undoubtedly be more released later this year. If you want those too, you'll need the 250gb hard drive or a couple of usb flash sticks. Also, you may think you don't want anything else, but something always comes along. I went from thinking my original 20gb hard drive would be more than I'd ever need, now I'm down to my last 10gb out of 250, so trust me, I know.

You can also recover your old Xbox account through XBL on your new console.
(It sounds like you said you had an account, could be wrong)
