The cloud can only be used for game saves. --- R.I.P. Eve English (Feb. 12, 1968 - Oct. 13, 2010) Momma Eve, you will be missed.

Get a bigger HDD or delete game installs you're not playing right now. --- "Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety." Ben Franklin

get a 16gb 32gb usb stick you can use 2, so if you use 2 32gb sticks you have 64gb more of memory. I recommend kingston's datatraveler (since that's what I use and I know it works). it's the one with the cover that slides open.
if you go with the usb option make sure you format the usb stick on the xbox before using it, it has to format it to the special xbox format --- Ron Paul 2012

There is no "special Xbox format."
All it does is maybe format it as FAT32 (which most, if not all 32GB and smaller flash drives already are), and create hidden container files that the 360 uses for storage. --- R.I.P. Eve English (Feb. 12, 1968 - Oct. 13, 2010) Momma Eve, you will be missed.
