Question About Changing To 2nd Xbox 360 S Hard Drive & no DRM

#1LegendaryHeroRebornPosted 6/26/2013 1:19:35 AM(edited)
My 250 GB hard drive is full & there's 6 more pending On Demand games that I bought from the $5 games Microsoft sale a few weeks ago. Is it possible for me to take out the old hard drive, switch to the 2nd newer one, sign in to my own, main XBL account then re-download the On Demand games without doing the DRM transfer? I want to still use the other hard drive.

DRM applies to console serial number and gamertag. the hard drive used to download onto is irrelevent.

Again, the only things that matter are hardware and gamertag.

If you downloaded it on the same 360 as you're playing it on, you're set no matter what profile you're signed in on.

If you downloaded it on another 360, you need the account that downloaded it to be logged in, unless you've transferred the licenses.
