Will the new Xbox 3 be able to play old original Xbox games?/

No, the Xbox one will NOT play original X-Box games, nor will it play XB 360 games.

Except he wasn't asking about the Xbox One playing original Xbox games, or 360 games.

I hear you can watch VHS tapes on it, though.

That's nice and all, but I'm disappointed it doesn't support my Beta Max and 8-Track libraries.

They are planning an add-on for that.

Awesome! I'll finally be able to watch my copy of Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom again, and listen to my old Four Seasons tunes.

Now if only they'd throw in Laser Disc support, I'd be set for life. :D

Funnily enough, I saw a LD of Indiana Jones (don't remember which one though) at the thrift store I work at yesterday.

The price label on it proves the people that do the pricing don't pay attention, and the people that put the **** out don't either, because it was marked as audio and mixed in with all the albums.

That's hilarious. I've worked with Laser Discs, and while you could confuse it for a "Giant CD", you'd have to be either really dense, or just ignorant, to confuse it for an LP vinyl.

Though, wouldn't it be even funnier, if some artist decided to release a vinyl that ~looked~ just like a giant cd, and someone confused it for a Laser Disc?

And where would they fit?

This has happened before. I have no proof of it, but I REFUSE to believe no one has done it in the 35 years since Laserdiscs first showed up. This would be some grade A KLF s***.

It's too perfect.
