disc skipping when ever I get an achievement....

So I started playing tomb raider again and while playing story I unlock so achievements. Every time I unlocked one my game would skip like three times then the game would continue like normal. It would only do this when I unlocked one. Has anyone had this happen to them? I put my 360 on its side to see if that helped but it still does it. Its a slim btw.

A lot of games usually lag when unlocking an achievement, don't worry about it

It's normal. I'd say about half the games out there do this, you just don't always notice and it's worse on some games.

Well, that's like.... your opinion, man.-- The Dude.

It's normal, yeah.

If you have space on your HDD, install the game. That should take care of the spinning disc anyway.

Tomb Raider was one of the few games I had this issue with. Installing it didn't help me out, so eventually I just got used to it.

Finished this game last week and I had the exact same thing happen. My 360 isn't even a year old and the game was installed. It's just a normal bug and nothing to worry about on your end.

Turning off notifications would probably help if you find it annoying.
