SR4 isn't that good. My friend was hyped to hell and back over that game and ended up getting 100 percent complete within 2 days. And theres not much to do once you beat it. Just sayin game thats out less than a week and already completed/bored of it = bad.

If you're gonna get GTA V anyway, might as well wait for the superior 3PS.

Fair point, I also forgot that the new Splinter Cell has multiplayer which adds to the replay value.

Both look good but I'm currently playing the new SC, it has a lot of replayability between SP, co-op and MP and the customization is great, catering to your playstyle and the campaign and side-missions make you replay them with different playstyles for full completion. You can also make it like the older SC games by playing it on the hardest difficulty and removing the radar upgrade (if you have it) from the options helps too.

I wish I could get my hands on Splinter Cell -- I'd wait for a price drop on SR4 or skip it altogether since GTA V comes out next month.

Fighting so hard to be heard, yet have nothing to say.
You talk of changing the masses, but forget those close to you.

i did enjoy SR4 more. its just stupid fun all the way through and pretty hilarious. However once its done, its done regardless of coop. ~15hours and youll reach max level and do and see everything you can in it (outside of the challenges just for $).

Blacklist is content heavy with multiple ways to approach areas, lots of ways to customize your gear and playstyle and coop can almost completely alter the expereince. Then you have SvM which is addictive and unique and the sp alone can stretch to the 10-12hour range. It definitely seems to have the value, but part of it comes down to if you want more stealth or all out action, more coop/mp or more sp focus. For sp id go for SR4, coop/mp it has to be Blacklist.

Currently playing: Saints Row 4 - Spelunky - The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing

If you really must get SR4, and have a gaming PC, get it for PC

Not that it's bad on consoles or anything but mods will make the PC version far more 'off the chain' in the long run.
