Why always make such a argument for whats wrong with something when on most occasions (unless politically involved) there is a positive aspect that can be played up just as well (not on everything and not all the time).

Positive aspects in games do NOT eliminate the bugs, EVER. That line of thinking is only done by fanboys and apologists seeking to spin the bad things away from their favorite companies.

The bigger the game's following, the number of fanboys and apologists rises exponentially.

Or maybe, just maybe, people legitimately enjoy the games and think that the bugs don't detract from the whole game much. How would there even be fanboys in the first place if the games were always unplayable bugfests?

Every bug detracts from the game, especially when some of those bugs make things TOTALLY IMPOSSIBLE later on in the game and you have to start over from scratch.

When gaming review websites or magazines give the GTA games 10/10 for "bug free gameplay" like EGM did for Vice City, you know that the 10's were paid for.

you want a positive spin on a negative aspect glitch in a game.

Elder Scrolls Skyrim - restoration Fortification glitch/exploit - Have you any idea how happy that discovery made some people? broke or not, it made the game much more enjoyable for the people that choice to find/use it, game breakingly so.

It had its supporters and then it also had its protestors.

Glitches happen... #Dealwithit

We can't all be penultimate gamers like you with the taste in games equivalent to only enjoying plain, perfect, indifferent Vanilla ice cream...

Or maybe Grand Theft Auto games have a lot of content, reviews (especially for print magazines) are written under tight deadlines, and they just happened to not run into those bugs.

I've never experienced any game breaking, or even mildly annoying bugs in a GTA game.
