Wonder who would pick up the IP? EA is probably not going to take another whack at it, so maybe Ubisoft? Ubisoft or Take Two are the only 2 Publishers that I could see be interested in it, or ZeniMax maybe?(ZeniMax are the guys behind Bethesda right?)

Is that Curt Shilling's studio, the one that did Kingdoms of Amalur?

Take Two probably wouldn't be interested because of The Elder Scrolls and Fallout now being under them (Zenimax is part of Take Two, and Bethesda Studios is part of Zenimax).

I doubt EA would want it due to the hype surrounding Dragon Age, they'd likely rather put their assets for RPG work into that.

Activision or Ubisoft would be my guess.

Yeah that's the one, hopefully EA does NOT buy the rights to it, they'll kill the entire KoA universe by making it F2P-PTW.

Lol, I agree. I doubt EA would go for it thankfully.

It's your own fault, if you wouldn't have wasted sooooooo much time over-hyping the game you wouldn't have been let down when it finally came out.

I was hyped for the game and was still pretty satisfied for it. I'm personally sad that 38 Studios went down, though.
