It took support 3 days to tell me to make sure my billing info is correct...

I'm trying to use a three month pre-paid card on my account and it says my billing is suspended so i cant use this card. So i go to the website it gives me and ask "Ross" why my account is suspended, he says i violated a TOS rule but can't tell me what one, then he says he'll put in a case and they'll get back to me in three days. then he says
"From the bottom of my heart, I would like to thank you. It seems that my day will be great because I am talking to a very nice person during my shift"

Then i get an e-mail telling me to make sure my billing info is correct, which it is. So i figure random people on the internet would be more helpful.

So anybody know why my billing would be suspended?
I have auto renewal turned off and even if i didn't i have enough money on my card to renew.
