Almost always the first thing I do whenever I can fly in games is find the ceiling.

Another one:
Behind every waterfall MUST be a treasure or entrance.

I do that with every sandbox or open world game. I think Just Cause 2 also gave you an achievement for climbing the tallest mountain.

Absolutely. First thing I think when I see a high point is how do I get there? And I get really annoyed if I can't. If I can get there I then have to jump off, even if it means dying.

Ugh.. Don't remind me of that. That hike was easily the worst part of the game. Thank god you can fast travel after you make it to the top the first time. Every time I created a new character I dreaded having to do it again.

I agree about having to hike mountains being the worst part of Skyrim as well...

well, it's a rule that I do that's usually explorable and got a pretty high vantage point.
